- Staffing: We provide on demand experienced CRA, Monitor, and CRC staffing to support your research study needs. Many of our clients find that they often have surge needs that require flexible clinical research staff support. Pearl Pathways can provide part-time or full-time support for the duration of the study. We will send you some bios, and ensure that we match our staff’s experience to your immediate need.
- Training: We have developed several training modules under our Pearls of Wisdom Series. These off-the-shelf basic training sessions help our clients fulfill internal training requirements or fill knowledge gaps. Our staff can also create custom and tailored programs to meet specific education or quality compliance education needs. If our clients require more on the job training, we can provide experienced CRAs, CRCs or Monitors who can train and shadow the client’s employee every step of the way. We are adept at face-face, self study, and web based training methods. Who do we train? Principal Investigators, CRCs, CRAs, and even IRB members.
