Insight Pharma Reports interviewed 100 clinical trials professionals asking questions on issues of patient enrollment, how mobile technology is working, patient engagement and clinical trial software.
According to the survey results, clinical trials staff have enrollment challenges. They have most difficulty in reaching enrollment goals. At times, they are faced with unrealistic protocols. They have concerns about missing recruitment deadlines and budgetary issues exist.
Despite the challenges, studies are being filled successfully. Looking to the future, it is hoped that mobile technology will be an advantage if budgets can include this upgrade.
